Helping you make sense of your experiences
Practising feeling into emotions and using your emotions for guidance
Noticing how patterns learnt in early life might be affecting you now, and learning how to change these patterns
Supporting you as you go through life’s challenges
Facing issues from your past which might still be impacting you
How therapy unfolds will be unique to you and your needs, and to the relationship that develops between us. Therapy can be serious work but there are often moments of humour too. And, if it feels right to you, we might use play and creativity as part of the therapeutic process.
I typically work with clients long term and believe that it is in this work where deep value and lasting transformation lies. However, for some clients shorter term work can offer valuable insight and can act as a catalyst for change.
